Western blot analysis of NQO1 on different lysates with Mouse anti-NQO1 antibody (EM1801-21) at 1/2,000 dilution. Lane 1: A549 cell lysate Lane 2: SiHa cell lysate Lane 3: HepG2 cell lysate Lane 4: MCF7 cell lysate Lane 5: HeLa cell lysate Lane 6: Saos-2 cell lysate (low expression) Lysates/proteins at 30 µg/Lane.
