Western blot analysis of CD11b on RAW264.7 cell lysates with Mouse anti-CD11b antibody (EM1902-35) at 1/500 dilution. Lysates/proteins at 10 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 125 kDa Observed band size: 150 kDa Exposure time: 2 minutes; 6% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (EM1902-35) at 1/500 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1006) at 1:100,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature. |

Fig3: Flow cytometric analysis of CD11b was done on A549 cells. The cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with the primary antibody (EM1902-35, 1/100) (red). After incubation of the primary antibody at room temperature for an hour, the cells were stained with a Alexa FluorTM488 Goat anti-Mouse IgG Secondary antibody at 1/500 dilution for 30 minutes.Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black). |
