Western blot analysis of Angiotensin II Type 2 Receptor on different lysates with Rabbit anti-Angiotensin II Type 2 Receptor antibody (ET1611-41) at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: Mouse kidney tissue lysate Lane 2: Mouse liver tissue lysate Lane 3: Rat liver tissue lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 41 kDa Observed band size: 45 kDa Exposure time: Lane 1-2: 30 seconds; Lane 3: 3 minutes; ECL: K1801; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (ET1611-41) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Western blot analysis of Angiotensin II Type 2 Receptor on different lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (ET1611-41, 1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours.
