Western blot analysis of mouse anti-DNMT1 antibody (EM1901-83,1/500) and mouse anti-CAPZA1 antibody (EM1901-82, 1/500) with Daudi Cell and K562 Cell lysates (All lanes proteins at 10 µg per lane). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat anti-mouse IgG -HRP) (HA1006) was used for 1 hour at room temperature at 1:10,000 (Lane A), 1:20,000 (Lane B), 1:40,000 (Lane C) and 1:80,000 (Lane D). Exposure time: 60 seconds |
