Human GGA1, C-His Tag Protein
cat.: HA210748
Product name: Human GGA1, C-His Tag
Catalog No.: HA210748
Bio-Activity: Testing in progress.
Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH7.4, 5% Trehalose, 5% mannitol.
Background: Plays a role in protein sorting and trafficking between the trans-Golgi network (TGN) and endosomes. Mediates the ARF-dependent recruitment of clathrin to the TGN and binds ubiquitinated proteins and membrane cargo molecules with a cytosolic acidic cluster-dileucine (DXXLL) motif. Mediates export of the GPCR receptor ADRA2B to the cell surface. Required for targeting PKD1:PKD2 complex from the trans-Golgi network to the cilium membrane. Regulates retrograde transport of proteins such as phosphorylated form of BACE1 from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network.
Source: E.coli
Storage: Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃ It is recommended that aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute at 250 μg/ml in sterile water.
