The binding activity of HA600010 with HIV1 p24 protein. Immobilized HIV1 p24 protein at 1 μg/ml overnight at 4℃. Then blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at 37℃, and incubated with the primary antibody (HA600010) for 1 hour at 25℃. The EC50 of HA600010 is 579 ng/ml. |
