The binding activity of (HA600034) with MMAF-ADC, MMAF-BSA, MMAE-BSA and BSA protein at 1 μg/ml overnight at 4℃. Then blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at 37℃, and incubated with the primary antibody () for 1 hour at 25℃. Mouse anti-MMAF Ab (HA600034) can bind to MMAF-ADC or MMAF-BSA but not BSA or MMAE-BSA. |
