Western blot analysis of Doublecortin on different lysates with Guinea pig anti-Doublecortin antibody (HA601496) at 1/10,000 dilution. Lane 1: SH-SY5Y cell lysate (15 µg/Lane) Lane 2: A549 cell lysate (negative) (15 µg/Lane) Lane 3: Mouse brain (P0) tissue lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 4: Mouse brain (P60) tissue lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 5: Mouse brain (P60) tissue lysate (20 µg/Lane) Predicted band size: 41 kDa Observed band size: 41/45 kDa Exposure time: 14 seconds; ECL: K1801; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA601496) at 1/10,000 dilution was used in primary antibody dilution (K1803) at 4℃ overnight. Rabbit anti-Guinea pig IgG H&L - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1021) at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature. |
