Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood cells labeling Siglec 8 (HA601517F, FITC). Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then incubated for 1 hour at +4℃ with Siglec 8 (HA601517F, FITC, 1/1,000) compared with Mouse IgG Isotype Control (FITC, 1/1,000). |
