Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes labeling CD19 (HA601518F, FITC) and CD3 (HA600118F, APC). Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then incubated for 1 hour at +4℃ with CD19 (HA601518F, FITC, 1/1,000) compared with Mouse IgG Isotype Control (FITC, 1/1,000). |
