Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood cells labeling CD123 / IL3RA (HA601528F, PE). Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then incubated for 1 hour at +4℃ with CD123 / IL3RA (HA601528F, PE, 1/1,000) (red). Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black). |
