Flow cytometric analysis of C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells labeling NK1.1 (HA720219F, FITC). Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then incubated for 1 hour at +4℃ with NK1.1 (HA720219F, FITC, 1/1,000) compared with Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (FITC, 1/1,000). |
