Western blot analysis of ATP1A3 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-ATP1A3 antibody (HA721596) at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: Mouse brain tissue lysate Lane 2: Mouse brain tissue lysate (70℃ heat) Lane 3: Mouse brain tissue lysate (no heat) Lane 4: Rat brain tissue lysate Lane 5: Rat brain tissue lysate (no heat) Lane 6: Mouse cerebellum tissue lysate Lane 7: Mouse cerebellum tissue lysate (70℃ heat) Lysates/proteins at 30 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 112 kDa Observed band size: 100/150 kDa Exposure time: 2 minutes; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA721596) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1:50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature. |
