Western blot analysis of CRMP4 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-CRMP4 antibody (HA721926) at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: SH-SY5Y cell lysate Lane 2: PC-12 cell lysate Lane 3: Human brain tissue lysate Lane 4: Mouse brain tissue lysate Lane 5: Rat brain tissue lysate Cell lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane. Tissue lysates/proteins at 30 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 62 kDa Observed band size: 62 kDa Exposure time: 10 seconds; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
