Flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cells labeling Ly6g (HA723853F, PE). Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then incubated for 1 hour at +4℃ with Ly6g (HA723853F, red, 1/1,000). Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black). |
