Flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes labeling Mouse CD19 (HA724056F, FITC). Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then incubated for 1 hour at +4℃ with Mouse CD19 (HA724056F, red, 1/500). Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black). |
