Flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cells labeling Ly6g (HA724234F, iFluor™ 594). Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then incubated for 1 hour at +4℃ with Ly6g (HA724234F, red, 1μg/mL) and Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (iFluor™ 594, black, 1μg/mL). |
