Exposure time: 16 seconds; ECL: K1801 CD48 exists as highly glycosylated protein on the cell surface. The molecule weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 41482455). Low expression of CD48 protein in 3T3-L1 cell is consistent with the predicted expression pattern.
