CD48 exists as highly glycosylated protein on the cell surface. The molecule weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 41482455).
Low expression of CD48 protein in 3T3-L1 cell is consistent with the predicted expression pattern.

Blocking: 5% NFDM/TBST, 1 hour at room temperature
Primary antibody: HA751901, 1/5,000 in primary antibody dilution buffer (K1803), overnight at 4 °C
