This data was developed using HA752068, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation. Western blot analysis of AIM2 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-AIM2 antibody (HA752068) at 1/5,000 dilution. Lane 1: THP-1 (Human acute monoblastic leukemia cell) cell lysate Lane 2: THP-1 treated with 200ng/mL hIFN-γ and 50ng/mL LPS for 24 hours, add 300ng/mL BFA for last 20 hours cell lysate Lane 3: HL-60 (Human acute promyelocytic leukemia cell) cell lysate Lane 4: HL-60 treated with 100ng/mL hIFN-γ for 24 hours cell lysate Lane 5: Raji (Human Burkitt's lymphoma cell) cell lysate Lane 6: U266 (Human multiple myeloma cell) cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 15 µg/Lane.
