Western blot analysis of NusA on E. coli lysates with Mouse anti-NusA antibody (M1307-1) at 1/500 dilution. Lane 1: E. coli lysate (2 µL/Lane) Lane 2: E. coli lysate (5 µL/Lane) Lane 3: E. coli lysate (10 µL/Lane) Lane 4: E. coli lysate (15 µL/Lane) Predicted band size: 55 kDa Observed band size: 65 kDa Exposure time: 15 seconds; ECL: K1801; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (M1307-1) at 1/500 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1006) at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature. |
